1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Sally Psychic’s services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.: Using our services means you agree to these rules
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services: Only adults 18+ can use our services
3. Content and Ownership
3.1 Your Intellectual Property:You own all rights to your content, including User Content you create or upload (texts, images, audio, videos, code, designs, etc.).Wix (and/or Sally Psychic) does not claim ownership of your content, but we may access, copy, display, or use it to provide and improve the Services, train AI tools, or back up content. You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your content for these purposes. You own your content. We may handle it to provide or improve services.
3.2 Services’ Intellectual Property All rights to our Services (including technology, software, content, templates, logos, etc.) remain with us. You are granted a limited license to use the Services and content as allowed by these Terms. We own our services and content. You can use them only as allowed.
3.3 Feedback and Suggestions: Any suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve Services. You assign all rights to such feedback to us. If you give us feedback, we own it and can use it.
4. Privacy: We may collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Some Services may involve third-party services with their own data policies. Your privacy matters. Read our Privacy Policy.
5. AI Services
5.1 Input and Output AI tools allow you to submit prompts (“Input”) and generate output (“Output”).
5.2 Output Accuracy AI outputs may not be accurate, legal, or unbiased. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use. AI outputs are suggestions—check them carefully.
5.3 Your Input All AI Inputs are considered User Content and subject to Section 3.1.
5.4 Output OwnershipOutputs you use are considered your User Content. We do not claim ownership unless they include pre-existing content we own.
5.5 License Given to Us You grant us a license to access, copy, adjust, train AI, and share Inputs and Outputs with third parties as needed to provide and improve Services. We don’t own your AI outputs, but we can use them to improve Services.
5.6 Third-Party Services: AI Services may involve third-party tools. You and your End Users must comply with their policies.
6. Service Fees
6.1 Paid Services: Some Services require payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply.You must keep a valid payment method on file. Reseller Users may pay Resellers directly.Some Services cost money. Pay as required.
7. Account Termination and Data
7.1 Loss of Data, Content, and Capacity: If your account or Services are canceled, you may lose content, data, or features. We are not responsible for backups. Cancelled accounts may lose data. Back up your own content.
8. E-Commerce
8.1 General You may not sell products and services via our platform.
8.2 Payment Providers Wix Payments is the default provider.
8.3 Service-elated Charges Service fees may apply for transactions.
8.4 E-Commerce Acknowledgments and Warranties You are responsible for taxes
9. Copyrights We follow the DMCA. Report copyright infringement via our Copyright Agent. We may remove content if notified. You can file counter-notices. Respect copyright. Report infringement. We may remove content if required.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties Services are provided “As Is” with no warranties. We do not guarantee quality, security, reliability, or legal compliance. Beta services may contain bugs.No guarantees. Some Services are in Beta.
11. Limitation of LiabilityWe are not liable for damages from use of Services, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party issues Subject to law, we are not liable for damages.
12. . Indemnity: You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your actions, content, or use of Services. If we get sued because of you, you are responsible.

13.1 Changes & Updates: We may modify Services, features, or Terms anytime.
13.2 Notices: We may notify you via Services, email, Resellers, or other contact methods.
13.3 Relationship: Sally Psychic.com is stricktly a seller of services
13.4 Entire AgreementThese Terms (with any legal or fee notices) are the full agreement.
13.5 Assignment We may assign rights without your consent. You cannot assign without permission.
13.6 Severability & Waivers: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by U.S. law, specifically the State of Florida. Any disputes must be brought in courts in Florida. Florida law applies. Disputes handled in Florida courts
15. Class Action Waiver & Mandatory Arbitration Disputes are resolved individually via arbitration, not as class actions. You may opt out within 30 days of registration. Some claims (small claims, injunctive relief, intellectual property) may be handled in court. Disputes mostly go to individual arbitration, not court. Opt out within 30 days.
Addendum – Subscription and Payment Terms for Florida Residents Subscriptions for Premium Plans are recurring. You may cancel anytime, and proportional refunds are applied. Cancellation fees may apply in the future.
